    STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING – STATICS

    Static calculation of industrial buildings is a sub-discipline of structural engineering. The goal of static calculation is to ensure the structural stability, serviceability, and economic efficiency of the building structure.

    OUR RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDES:

    • Preparing feasibility studies in conjunction with quantity surveys and cost assessments.
    • Preparing verifiable static calculations for steel construction and reinforced concrete construction, as well as for foundations.
    • Consulting on design-related and budget-related matters.

    • Determining the natural frequencies of supporting structures.

    Depending on the application, requirements, and customer needs, static calculations can be completed in-house at ISK-ZUTT using framework or shell structure calculation programs.

    FINITE ELEMENT CALCULATIONS

    With our many years of experience in the area of finite element calculations, we can support you in any structural and mechanical challenges related to structural engineering, silo technology, and apparatus and container engineering.

    Completing calculations according to the FE method allow us to realistically map the structure and loads placed on the component. This results in economically optimized components at a level of function and quality suitable to meet the highest demands.

    Static calculations according to the FE method are used primarily with:

    • Silos, apparatuses, and containers
    • Storage bins, such as scrap bunkers
    • Complex foundations and foundation slabs
    • Reinforced concrete containers
    FRAMEWORK CALCULATIONS

    With our framework programs, we offer complex structures in industrial engineering for any snow, wind, or heat load, including dynamic loads, and we can optimize the profiling of girder cross-sections.

    Framework calculations are primarily used in:

    • Steel construction in industrial and hall construction
